The 26-30 Building project represents the redevelopment of two historic structures in downtown Indianapolis.  The Building formerly was the Goodman Building and the Tayor Building.  The project features 30 apartments, with parking in the lower level.  Direct access from the lower level of the Building to the City's Emmis Parking Garage is provided to meet all parking demands for the project.  The Conrad Hotel leases space on the first and second floors for the hotel's restaurant (the Capital Grille) and kitchen and back of the house uses, respectively.  The project emphasizes the historic renovation of the Buiding and is in full compliance with the Department of Interior's historic tax credit program.
