Janus Lofts consists of the rehabilitation of a five-story, 60,000 square foot warehouse in downtown Indianapolis' Wholesale District into 23 apartments. The condominiums are developed with an open "loft style" layout, emphasizing the high tin ceilings, exposed brickwork, ornamental columns, and other unique features of the building. Parking consists of with twenty-three spaces in the basement, and an additional nine surface spaces provided in an adjacent surface lot. Most lofts have large window areas, and several offer skylights. Total project costs are estimated to be $6,180,000.
