The Link, built in 1899, and the Savoy, built in 1898, were originally two buildings, but are now joined internally as one.  The project is located within the 'Vermont Row' residential block creating 63 affordable apartments and condominiums.  This joint venture with Riley Area Development Corporation, is utilizing historic tax credits to assist with financing the $3.0 million project.
