The 36,000 square foot Delany Building was constructed in 1899.  The mixed-use historic rehabilitation of this five-story building includes 8,000 square feet of first floor retail space and 20 up-scale market-rate apartments.  Located in the Old Post Office District, this project offers many unique features to its tenants, including: a true 'walk-to-work' location, high ceilings, bay windows, balconies, and adjacent parking.  Partners Loftworks, LLC and Mansur utilized both State and Federal Historic Tax Credits and a Missouri Brownfield Credit to assist in the financing of this $5.7 million project.
