Bell Lofts is the historic rehabilitation of the seven-story, 37,000 square foot Bell Telephone Building.  Completed in 1891, as the St. Louis headquarters for the Bell Telephone Company, this project will now contain 6,000 square feet of street level retail with 24 'soft-loft' style market-rate apartments on floors 2-7.    Located in the Old Post Office District, this project offers many unique features to its tenants, including: a true 'walk-to-work' location, high ceilings, large windows, balconies, as well as retention of the building's unique architectural elements.  Partners Loftworks, LLC and Mansur will utilize both State and Federal Historic Tax Credits and a Missouri Brownfield Credit to assist in the financing of this $6.3 million project.
