The historic Wilson School, in Muncie, Indiana was developed for the independent elderly of the community.  Mansur and local non-profit, Bridges Community Services in cooperation with the City and community support, redevelop the 1921 and 1927 portions of the building into 50 apartments for $4.5 million.
