This former high school, built in 1895 with an addition in 1926, served the community of Huntington, Indiana until closing in 1989. Located on the National Register of Historic Places this structure now houses 44 apartments for the low income elderly of the area. In addition to Mansur, a partnership between a local not-for-profit, Huntington Alert, and Richard G. Coleman restored the building and returned it to a productive use for $2.7 million.
