Therese House is located along Glasshouse Yard, which lies just off Aldergate Street in the Clerkenwell area, which is a rapidly improving location in London.  The current building comprising 26,692 square feet (2,479.69 sq. m) of net lettable floor area is arranged over ground and seven upper floors.  Planning approval has been granted allowing over 35,000 rentable square feet of office space.  The building is under full redevelopment, with floor expansions, new exterior façade, and all new systems proposed.  The project cost will exceed $24 million.
