The Curzon Building is located in the Mayfair section of London's west end along well-known Curzon Street, adjacent to Shepard's Market. In addition to the 542 seat theater, the Curzon Building has two floors of office (7,815 s.f.), four floors of residential (6,700 s.f.), and a two level restaurant facility (3,593 s.f.). Planning consent for an additional 1,700 s.f. of office space and approximately 5,400 s.f. of additional residential space is approved by the City of Westminster for the project. It is expected the seventh floor mechanical space will be transitioned to allow more residential space. Total project cost is approximately $18 million.
