The Guide Corporate Headquarters is located within Madison Trace, a 122-acre, master planned Corporate Office and Technology Center in Pendleton, Indiana.  The 120,000 square foot, two-story building is situated on a 20 acre site adjacent to Interstate 69.  This development contains Guide's test laboratories, customer service center, engineering, design and executive offices.  The total project cost was $13.6 million.
