Thompson Commons is a 21,125 square foot retail center directly east of the Emerson Avenue and Thompson Road intersection.  The development consists of a 4,875 square foot building and a 16,240 square foot multi-tenant structure.  Tenants include Hollywood Video, two (2) restaurants, and a laundromat.  Total cost of the project is $2,950,000.
