The Oakhurst Golf & Country Club represents the initial phase of the clubhouse facility.  The clubhouse is 11,000 square feet and features dining, bar, pro shop, and interior cart storage.  Locker facilities, a junior olypmic pool and tennis courts complete this phase of the development.  The total cost of the project was $8 million.
