This built-to-suit development was completed in March 2000 for Cannon IV's corporate headquarters and warehousing operation.  The 38,900 s.f. facility is located on a 2.75 acre site at a prominent location along Interstate 65/70 in downtown Indianapolis.  The precast concrete exterior and structural steel building is highlighted by a central core identified by a curtain wall system and barrel vault roof.  The 14,250 s.f. warehouse includes 24" clear ceiling height.  The 24,650 s.f. of offices, show room, technical support and meeting rooms are contained on two floors.  The total project cost was $2.8 million.
