The Hawthorns Golf & Country Club ('HGCC') is the centerpiece for the 1,200 acre Hamilton Proper residential subdivision located in Fishers, Indiana.  The HGCC clubhouse is a 48,000 s.f. facility completed in 1998 and features dining rooms, banquet and meeting rooms, kitchen, bar, health club, men's and women's locker rooms, cart storage, bag storage, and pro shop.  Also included in the clubhouse site is a pool and tennis complex.  The pool complex consists of a junior olympic swimming pool, toddler pool, pool house with snack bar, men's and women's locker area and party room.  The tennis complex features eight hard surface courts.  The 18-hole links style golf course was designed by Arthur Hills and incorporates 100 acres of woods and wetlands.  Total cost of the project was $20,000,000.
