Completed in 1992, this renovation involved a five-story, 55,000 square foot historic warehouse owned by Hulman and Company. Originally built in 1908.  The former Bement-Rea building located at Eighth and Cherry Streets in Terre Haute serves as regional office for 230 employees of the Indiana departments of welfare, human resources, revenue, and employment security. The project, which received historic tax credits, totaled $3.8 million.
