Construction of this 20,000 square foot mixed-use project along historic Indiana Avenue in downtown Indianapolis was completed in mid-1996. The Stewart Center project includes new construction of a two-story building utilizing the existing historic facades. A co-development with BOS Community Development Corporation, Stewart Center offers retail space on the ground floor with office space available on the second floor. Gregory and Appel, an insurance brokerage firm, is the primary tenant.  The total project cost was $2 million.
