This development houses the corporate headquarters of Wellpoint, Inc., (Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Indiana) and Forum Credit Union. Wellpoint occupies the lower level, a portion of the first floor, and all of the top three floors, while Forum occupies 14,000 square feet of the first floor. The renovated structure includes a new fourth floor, redesigned and constructed interior spaces, and a new granite facade that complements Market Tower and harmoniously integrates the building into its historic surroundings. The building has been expanded from 199,000 square feet to nearly 214,000 square feet. Two turrets, reminiscent of the historic English Theatre that graced this site earlier in the century, have been incorporated at the corners. The lobby has also been transformed into a grand four-story atrium with natural features such as trees and stone. The total project cost was $30 million.
