This classic, 10-story structure built in 1926 has been renovated by Mansur to become competitive in the current class "B" office market.  The renovation, completed in 1988, included replacing all mechanical systems, adding a four-story atrium with a marble waterfall, and restoring the historic travertine marble lobby. The total project cost was $16 million.
