Since its first project was completed in 1982, MRES has strived to create innovative solutions that go beyond the needs of a client. Redeveloping a functionally-obsolete building into a corporate office or residential project, and transforming undistinguished farmland into an award-winning golf community takes a diverse group like MRES and its member companies to recognize and deliver the potential inherent in each development.
Mansur began in downtown Indianapolis by redeveloping functionally-obsolete structures for new commercial uses. Many buildings left vacant found new uses as office and retail. New construction and land development soon followed, bringing Mansur into the residential urban and suburban markets. Eventually, Mansur was drawn out of town to serve clients in other markets. By applying the same expertise and reputation locally, Mansur was able to renovate office and multi-family structures in Detroit, Cincinnati, St. Louis and London, England.
